Mother's Day, Tyler, & Marlee's Birthday's

Tyler's birthday fell on Mother's Day this year and Marlee's birthday was the week before so we celebrated everything with a cookout on Sunday.

We had a lot of fun, but somehow I missed getting a picture of Susan, Mom, or Grandma. I am surrounded by such amazing Mom's in my life (aunts, cousins, sister-in-laws). They are all amazing examples for me and I learn something from each of them. I hope if I ever get the opportunity to be a mother I can do half as well as they all do.

My own Mom is incredible and I love her so much. She is my biggest cheerleader and wonderful friend. Mom is always there for me no matter what. I know I can talk to her about anything and there won't be any judgement just genuine concern. The past few years have been very hard and I don't think I would have made it through everything without her and Dad's support.

Ella turns 1

Since the baptism didn't end up being yesterday we decided to celebrate Ella's birthday instead. Emily wanted a petite romper for her to wear and I found a lady who sells them in American Fork and sent Kyle to get one. It was worth the effort because she looked so dang cute!

Emily went all out and it was such a cute party. Once again we stayed up late to finish the "fluff" for the party.  The cake decorating didn't go well.  But when they got the right frosting tip on Saturday things went much better and it turned out very cute. When Sean walked in and saw us taking pictures of Brooklyn on the table he was not impressed. But they turned out to be so cute.

Ella is such a sweetheart. She always has a smile for me and is such a good natured, happy little girl. I can't get enough of her.  Sean and Em are doing a great job with their girls.  All three of them are all darling!
